We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our prestigious resort operations in Hawar Resort by Mantis, Bahrain. As the primary strategic business leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving financial success and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the property's environmental and conservation efforts, ensuring sustainable practices are embedded across operations. This includes protecting local ecosystems, supporting biodiversity, reducing environmental impact, and engaging both guests and local communities in conservation initiatives that align with the brand’s sustainability values.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve short-term and long-term business goals
• Drive overall hotel performance, including revenue management, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Lead and inspire a high-performing executive team, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused culture
• Oversee all departments, including rooms, food and beverage, sales and marketing, finance, and people & Culture
• Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures to maximize profitability
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, corporate leadership, and local business partners
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, local regulations, and industry best practices
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance guest experiences and operational processes
• Act as the face of the hotel, representing the brand at industry events and within the local community
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to increase market share and revenue
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to inform strategic decisions
