This position is responsible for high volume recruitment in a fast paced environment. The position also has to find and source candidates by conducting college visits, attending career fairs, attending network events, and by leveraging social media
Ensure smooth on-boarding process of the new employees and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Human Capital functions
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment :
Recruiting and Headhunting for assigned Brands.
Manage the sourcing, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
Conduct interviews on telephone / Skype / face-to-face and conduct technical test if required.
Responsible for achieving Brand hiring targets and objectives.
Conduct a background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
Collect documents for the visa process and coordinate for the same with the Visa coordinator.
Maintain and build relationship with the Brand Management Team in order to understand their staffing requirements.
Inform the Brand Team on hiring trends and recruitment tools.
Implement timely, cost-effective staffing strategies to identify and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for all job openings.
Implement multi-channel sourcing solutions to develop a diverse pipeline of candidates for future job openings (. networking, job postings, employee referrals, social media,
Contributes to the growth of the brand business by referring quality candidates as part of hiring / recruitment process.
Liaise with various recruitment consultants for agreements, negotiations and bulk hiring. Be a one point contact for consultants and recruitment team.
Assist the HR Head for all the senior positions.
Liaise with colleges / institutions for potentials interns.
Induction and On-boarding :
Send the visa copy and joining invitations to the candidates.
Coordinate with the internal travel desk for candidate’s flight and hotel bookings for all overseas candidates.
Coordinate with the IT Department for the laptop, sim card and blackberry device of new employee for Back office only, if eligible.
Operations :
Getting involved in the discussions with regards to the employee-related issues.
Weekly updates to the respective GM’s for the Recruitment Status.
Undertake specific projects within the HC function as required.
