The Role : B2B Sales Executive

Are you the kind of person who loves turning conversations into long-term partnerships? Do you thrive on building trust with clients, closing deals, and creating value beyond just the numbers? We’re looking for a B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. You’ll drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and represent KFM with professionalism and creativity across Bahrain and the GCC.

A Day in the Life

• Client Meetings : Present KFM’s services and solutions to prospective clients with confidence and clarity.
• Travel : Represent the company within Bahrain and across the GCC to drive growth.
• Revenue Growth : Close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Follow-Ups : Manage ongoing client communications to nurture leads and strengthen engagement.
• Relationship Building : Develop long-term, trust-based relationships that turn clients into partners.
• Proposal Management : Deliver tailored client proposals and pitches based on pricing structures and content plans.
• Pipeline Tracking : Prepare and submit weekly reports covering meetings, calls, proposals, and client statuses.
• CRM Management : Keep all records of meetings, proposals, and outcomes accurate and up to date.
• Collaboration : Work with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and an excellent client experience.
• Representation : Act as the face of KFM at client events, activations, and campaigns.
