The Recruitment Specialist evaluates and enhances the recruitment processes and strategies, ensuring effective sourcing, attracting, and hiring of talent across various sectors in Bahrain. This role focuses on building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including sourcing candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment agencies, referrals).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create tailored job descriptions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate smooth and timely hiring processes.
- Provide market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
- Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the organization.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4+ years of recruitment experience, with proven expertise in the Bahrain job market.Strong knowledge of recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.Proficient in social media platforms for recruitment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing abilities.Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
