Salon Manager – Bahrain

Salary BD 1500 – 1800

We are looking for a Salon Manager to oversee cosmetology-related services and ensure that the salon is clean, organized, and well-staffed. The position also involves performing services such as cutting, colouring, and styling hair.

The Salon Manager will provide financial reports for the Salon, such as revenue and budget needs, and prepare reports on staffing changes, guests’ satisfaction, inventory issues, and salon upkeep.

Requirements :

2 years ofexperience in a similar position.

Relevant Hair Dressing Qualifications - NVQ – SVQ3, NVQ – SVQ2 or training in atop salon.

To work both independently and in a tea

Business and financial acumen – can prepare MIS reports as needed by management.

Excellent MS Office Skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks.

Establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and guests.

Excellent English – written and spoken.

Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
