We are assisting a prestigious hotel group in Bahrain in recruiting a talented Front Office Manager to lead front desk operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily front office operations : reception, reservations, and guest services
- Train, mentor, and manage front desk staff to uphold service excellence
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Monitor room availability, rates, and occupancy to optimise revenue
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and financial transactions
- Uphold hotel policies and consistent service standards
- Collaborate with internal teams for efficient operations
- Represent the hotel’s commitment to outstanding hospitality
Requirements
Proven experience in front office management within hospitalityStrong leadership and team supervision skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficient in hotel reservation systems and MS OfficeAble to multitask and remain calm under pressureStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailFlexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysFluency in English; additional languages are an advantageWhy apply
