Overview

The role involves overseeing the business, operational, and financial performance of subsidiaries and affiliates, ensuring alignment with the parent company’s investment goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute value-enhancement strategies, monitor financial and operational metrics, and address issues raised by portfolio company management.
• Represent the COO’s office, facilitate communication between the parent company and subsidiaries, conduct board meetings, and ensure governance compliance.
• Review annual budgets, prepare 5-year business plans, and provide performance reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with portfolio company executives and stakeholders to drive growth, mitigate risks, and ensure timely reporting.
