At Saleem, we believe every patient deserves guidance, care, and clarity from the moment they reach out to us. As a Case Manager , you will be the person who makes that happen by helping patients navigate their medical journeys with empathy, accuracy, and speed.
You will guide each patient from their first inquiry all the way through to treatment, making sure they are matched with the right doctor or specialist for their needs. You will work closely with our partner hospitals and clinics to coordinate care, provide updates, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
This role also involves helping shape the way Saleem supports patients. You will take part in developing our customer journey playbook , identifying bottlenecks, and leading improvements that make our process faster, more seamless, and more human.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for patients, guiding them through every stage of their medical journey.
- Understand patients’ medical needs and match them with the right doctors, hospitals, or treatment options.
- Coordinate with healthcare partners to obtain quotations, confirm appointments, and close cases.
- Track each case from inquiry to resolution, ensuring timely updates and excellent service.
- Create and maintain weekly reports highlighting key journey metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
- Identify and lead solutions to remove bottlenecks and improve our customer journey process.
- Support the development of a case management playbook to standardize best practices.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and partners at all times.
Requirements
Medical background is required. Candidates with a medical license will be given preference.Strong understanding of medical terminology and patient needs.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic .Empathetic, patient-first mindset with strong attention to detail.Comfortable using data and metrics to analyze performance and recommend improvements.Organized, proactive, and confident working in a fast-moving environment.Experience in healthcare coordination, case management, or customer journey design is an advantage.Contract Details
