Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring on behalf of a leading client in Bahrain for the position of Mechanical Engineer to lead their Centralized Gas System (CGS) sales and project team. This is a pivotal leadership role that combines technical expertise with strategic sales and project management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the sales and project teams within the CGS division, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
• Drive B2B project sales, from lead conversion to closing deals and developing long-term partnerships.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales plans aligned with client goals and company vision.
• Research and identify new market opportunities, build a strong client pipeline, and foster business relationships.
• Engage with stakeholders and decision-makers to effectively position CGS solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Promote a results-driven team environment through mentoring, coaching, and skills development.
