Overall Role Purpose
The Employee Engagement & Experience Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall experience within all business entities in Bahrain. This role focuses on creating a positive workplace culture, fostering strong employee relationships, and ensuring that employees feel valued and motivated to contribute to the organization's success. In addition to assist the Senior HR Manager and the HR shared services team in day-to-day HR support, in accordance with HR policy and programs and to work on HR related projects and assignments required by the HR Director.
Your Tasks :
- Develop and implement strategies and programs to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and facilitate programs that support employee well-being, recognition, and professional development.
- Analyze engagement survey results and other feedback mechanisms to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on employee engagement metrics and program effectiveness.
- Dealing with suppliers, event management companies for all employee related engagement events.
- Work on HR related projects and assist in the implementation of these projects as directed by the HR manager.
- Organize, develop and manage HR events and employee activities as per the Employee Engagement calendar.
- Organize, manage, and develop CSR initiatives and the social pillar aspects of ESG under the guidance of the HR Director for all entities.
- Provide support and assistance across various areas within the HR Function as and when required.
- Prepare and circulate internal communications within the HR Team and the business according to the calendar and as required.
- Handle ad-hoc internal communications and launch roadshows when necessary.
- Manage, maintain, and update the library for annual HR announcements and internal communications.
- Review and monitor HR compliance controls on CRISP, including conflict of interest, compliance announcements, and roadshows.
- Prepare HR related reports and presentations as and when required for ACC calls, CBR and HR Meetings.
- Manage leave accruals and provide reports to department heads to promote the utilization of leave balances.
- Promote and support digitalization and usage of HR tools (SmartConnect,Career Market Placeetc.).
- Assist in the delivery of initiatives in all areas of engagement, recognition, motivation and diversity for all entities.
- Project lead the E- Energizer Awards for all entities this needs to be in coordination with the Employee Engagement.
- Support the HR Manager / HRBP in ER-related matters, including administrative tasks such as preparing invitation letters, meeting minutes, and attending disciplinary meetings.
- Ability to resolve local issues with guidance from HR Manager and provide daily support.
- Support the EOS Shared Services Champion in the Promotion of annual Employee Opinion Survey by coordinating all EOS project activities within the region or function in scope.
- Support in facilitating CIS sessions.
- Develop and update the HR Power BI reporting tool.
- Monitor and report all HR KPIs.
- Other Jobs and duties as and when required by the Company / Management.
Your Profile :
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred in Human Resources. minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources.Minimum 5 years+ generalist HR experience, with specific experience in remuneration, ER, Employee Engagement.Proven experience in employee engagement, HR, or organizational development rolesCross Functional WorkingKnowledge of employee engagement tools and methodologies.Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insightsBusiness Awareness and AcumenSound decision makingWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.Good oral and written communication skills in both Arabic and EnglishSelf-motivated individual capable of taking ownership and working independentlyTolerance for stress in a fast-paced working environment.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Passion for development of individualsUnderstanding of Business objectives and Business savvy.Team player with good relationship building and interpersonal skillsOur Offer :
