Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Financial Controller located in Manama, Bahrain. The Financial Controller will oversee daily financial operations, including preparing financial statements, managing accounting records, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards. Responsibilities include financial analysis to inform decision‑making, monitoring budgets, and identifying cost‑saving opportunities. The role demands maintaining accuracy, fostering transparent financial practices, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support strategic business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements, Accounting, and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate and compliant financial documentation.
• Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to assess financial data, monitor performance, and enhance decision‑making processes.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and related field; a professional certification such as CPA, CFA, CA, or ACCA is preferred.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control; familiarity with the hospitality or fast‑food industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
