ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a mid-level digital strategist to support the growth of the Infrastructure pillar of Consulum’s digital offering in the Middle East.

The successful candidate must have experience of developing and delivering exceptional digital products leveraging agile methodologies working with clients; creating and presenting digital strategies, and; experience working within government or business. The candidate must have a can‑do spirit who can work well with the digital and account teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage multiple concurrent client projects end-to-end in terms of scope, timeline, budget and quality.
• Serve as a digital liaison, creating briefings and documents for the client and supporting strategy development and activation for Infrastructure.
• Translate complex technical concepts (e.g. Agile vs. Waterfall delivery) into clear language for clients.
• Plan, attend, and support client engagement and help to cultivate relationships. Also, deliver briefings and manage interactions.
• Support the creation and delivery of best-in-class digital infrastructure products and services for clients. Such as websites, apps, SEO, virtual worlds, data and business intelligence services.
• Liaise with external vendors to oversee execution.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment across deliverables, quality, and timelines.
• Identify opportunities to add value or expand the client relationship through digital transformation initiatives.
