Marketing Specialist

Job descriptionDrive within assigned sales territory to identify and engage new prospects and potential customers. Conduct daily calls and face-to-face meetings with current and prospective clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and repeat customers. Keep accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Educate customers on how our products and services can benefit them professionally and financially. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new products to better understand customer needs. Collaborate with internal departments to support and build the brand. Assess customer needs and skills to develop long-lasting, productive relationships. Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets. Research new accounts and follow up on generated leads. Attend relevant meetings, sales events, and training sessions to stay up to date with industry developments. Provide management with feedback and reports using financial and statistical data. A passionate and driven individual with strong communication and negotiation skills. At least 3 years of proven experience in a marketing or sales role (preferred). Must hold a valid driving license and be willing to travel within the sales territory. Language proficiency in English and Hindi / Urdu is essential; conversational Arabic is an added advantage. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
