Infrastructure Specialist - Alzayani Investments

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting and managing IT infrastructure, with a focus on optimizing performance and ensuring reliability. This role requires a proactive and energetic individual who is eager to learn new things and can effectively collaborate with various teams and IT Infrastructure & Technology Manager to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure systems, including on-premises servers, Storages, networks and cloud services.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation of infrastructure components meeting departmental service levels.
• Manage and configure firewalls, switches, and routers to maintain network security and efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to identify and address infrastructure needs and challenges.
• Assist in planning and executing infrastructure upgrades and migrations with minimal disruption to services.
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and other departments / Projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements to infrastructure systems.
