Urgent opening for Power BI Developer

Job Title : Power BI Developer

Experience : 5- 8 Years

Location : Bahrain (On-site)

Duration : Minimum 6 months stay

Work Week : Sunday to Thursday (Friday & Saturday off)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power BI Developer with 58 years of hands-on expertise in business intelligence and data visualization. The ideal candidate will be deployed to Bahrain for a minimum of 6 months to support strategic analytics initiatives. This role demands strong technical proficiency, business acumen, and the ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and BI solutions

Connect to various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, etc.) and ensure data integrity

Optimize data models for performance and scalability

Implement DAX queries and calculations for advanced analytics

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights

Ensure data security and compliance with organizational standards

Provide documentation and training to end-users as needed

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI tools and data pipelines

Required Skills & Experience :

58 years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization

Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and M language

Experience with SQL and relational databases

Familiarity with Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.) is a plus

Ability to work with large datasets and optimize performance

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Prior experience in client-facing or international deployment roles preferred

Additional Requirements :

Must be willing to relocate to Bahrain and stay for a minimum of 6 months

Should possess a valid passport and be ready for immediate travel

Weekly off : Friday & Saturday
