AP Executive are working with a fast-growing start-up to hire a multi-functional professional who will combine responsibilities of Company Secretary, HR, and Admin. The company is an ambitious Fintech that has a dynamic and high-profile C-Suite, and has a strong financial backing to pursue a successful high-growth agenda. This role is critical to ensuring a robust corporate governance, regulatory compliance, employee support and office management. The individual will act as a trusted adviser to the Board, management and all employees and be a key part of the long term success of the business going forwards.

To be considered for this position it is thought you will have a degree in HR / Business or a related subject, and you will have 5+ years of experience in a dual Company Sec / HR capacity ideally in a Fintech, FS, or other regulated envioronments. You will have a strong knowledge of coproate governance, company law, and labour frameworks in Bahrain, UAE, and other international jurisdictions.
