Job descriptionMotivation! Fuel up your clients with good energy and encouragement to make sure they complete all their sessions and reach their fitness goals. Our trainer app is designed to make life-on-the-go easier. Track your sessions from bookings to rescheduling and cancellations through the app for a more organized workflow. Our Head of Trainers is here to support you and guide you every step of the way. Communicate with them about schedule changes so they are always in the loop. Preparing all your clients\' sessions in advance not only saves you time but also allows you to have a clear forecast of your month. Connect with your clients ahead of every session with the location and timing. A reminder helps when life is hectic. Give it your all. Provide clients with the necessary tools, workouts, and tips on building and managing healthy habits, and show up to sessions ready to offer the best workout experience. Schedule feedback sessions, track progress, and monitor results to keep clients informed about their progress. Ensure clients benefit from their subscriptions to achieve optimal results. Visit the office for weekly meetings, follow-up sessions, and team introductions. Be punctual to make the most of the day’s work and activities. Take care of company equipment and gear as if they are your own. Wear Enhance branded attire with pride during sessions. We strive for professionalism, inclusion, and belonging for our clients. Additional Specializations : MMA, Boxing, BodyBuilding, Injury Rehabilitation, Post Maternity, Other
Language : English & Arabic - Written and Spoken (others are a plus)
Education : Accredited Personal Training Certification, First Aid Certification, BA or MA in Sport and Physical Education is a plus.
- Strong knowledge in performing personal training session
- Ability to listen to clients and demonstrate ethical behavior
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Time management and organizational skills
