Role Description

This is a profit-based contract role for a hybrid Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Vantic Ventures, located in Manama (with some work from home acceptable).

Important : This role has no fixed salary; compensation is tied directly to the success and profitability of the ventures.

The CTO will be responsible for :

• Overseeing the development and implementation of software.
• Managing technical projects and small agile teams.
• Creating IT strategies aligned with company goals.
• Driving product development and architecture to scale innovative ideas into successful ventures.
