Client Experience & Aesthetic Care Coordinator

Also known as : Client Care Specialist | Aesthetic Patient Advisor | Cosmetic Concierge | Patient Journey Coordinator | Front of House Executive | Guest Relations Officer | Cosmetic Services Coordinator | Luxury Patient Liaison | Aesthetic Reception & Follow-Up Manager

Location : Kingdom of Bahrain

A leading private institution in the aesthetic field is looking for a dynamic and polished individual to join our front-of-house and patient support team as a Client Experience & Aesthetic Care Coordinator.

This is a key role for anyone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for beauty and wellness, and wants to be part of a luxury medical environment focused on aesthetic dermatology and plastic surgery.

Your Role Will Include :

  • Welcoming and guiding clients from their first consultation to post-treatment follow-ups
  • Communicating clearly about aesthetic services, surgical procedures, and aftercare protocols
  • Coordinating bookings, appointments, and cross-departmental scheduling
  • Ensuring a seamless patient experience with exceptional attention to detail
  • Managing patient expectations with empathy and professionalism
  • Providing luxury-level service and building lasting client relationships
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and supporting CRM systems

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have :

  • Fluency in English (Arabic strongly preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A background in aesthetic clinics, hospitality, wellness, medical spas, or cosmetic healthcare
  • A client-first mindset with an eye for presentation and quality service
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities
  • Residency in Bahrain or a valid work visa
