We are looking for a strong, dynamic and versatile Outlet manager to strategically lead all the outlets, teams and provide optimum level of guest experience as promised by Sofitel.

• What you will be doing :
• Provide a creative and insightful approach to service and deliver memorable experiences to guests
• Strategize on new products and service offerings
• Engage, motivate and develop your team and create a positive workplace culture
• Manage outlet of the Food & Beverage Department
• Complete all administrative and planning elements for the department such as reporting, packages and promotions to drive revenue and increase exposure as well as  stocksand ordering
• Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
• Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
