Operations Associate (Bahrain)

Responsibilities

• Business Process Management : Work with process owners to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), adhering to the standard / framework agreed within the Operating Office and Operational Risk team
• Evaluate existing business processes and outline business process improvement / optimisation opportunities
• Monitor and perform ongoing analysis on business processes related to productivity, quality and costs
• Present process performance tracking reports and integrate feedback
• Project Management : Identify delivery gaps, rmend process opportunities and drive internal projects to optimise delivery oues
• Coordinate business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders
• Oversee all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate both internal and external teams to achieve operation scaling up
