Senior Legal Counsel

A highly respected organisation in the telecommunications industry is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to lead part of its legal team. This senior role reports directly to the General Counsel, facilitating close collaboration on key legal and regulatory matters. The position includes advising on proposed telecommunications legislation and providing opinions on market and competition issues.

Key responsibilities involve drafting by-laws and regulations, offering expert guidance to clients and internal departments, and managing a small team to support their growth and development. Ideally, applicants should possess at least 8-10 years of post-qualification experience and be legally qualified in the UK or another common law jurisdiction, with a strong regulatory background in the IT / telecommunications industry.

Remuneration : Approximately £, to £, (tax-free), plus bonus and other benefits.
