DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Secretarial and Receptionist
- Supporting company day-to-day operations
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal / external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Visas, accommodation, travel arrangements for management’s business travels
- Take dictation and minutes
- Source office supplies and supervision of office maintenance & cleaning services
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system
- Perform duties assign by the management and liaising with the staffs
- Greeting and meeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Support management based on the needs of the business
- Handling the petty cash bookkeeping
Educational, Skills and Experience :
Required Education and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.Qualifications :
Proven experience in a front office or administrative role (minimum 2–3 years preferred).Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Typical Working Conditions :
Normal Working Hours 40 hours a weekWorking Timing may include rotating shift.Work may require occasional weekend and / or evening work
