The Job
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting
a) comprehensive financial analyses,
b) evaluating investment opportunities, and
c) supporting the execution of private equity transactions.
Responsibility will include
a) preparing detailed IM, presentations,
b) reports for internal and external stakeholders.
c) Due Diligence
d) Preparing term sheets
e) Preparing complex financial models
f) structuring of deals.
g) Valuation
h) Investment analysis
The Profile
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.MBA or equivalent qualification5-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or financial analysis.Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software.You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Financial Services.You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardYou are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataThe Employer
