Role Description

The DP Coordinator will oversee the effective delivery of the IB Diploma Programme, ensuring alignment with institutional and IB standards. Responsibilities include leading curriculum planning, providing academic advising, coordinating with teachers, and enhancing students’ academic experiences. The role involves regular communication with faculty, students, and parents to facilitate successful program implementation. This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Riffa.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Education and Curriculum Development
• Strong Communication and Academic Advising abilities
• Research skills and the ability to apply data‑driven decision‑making
• Experience with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required; Master's degree preferred
