Job Description

  • Supervision : Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to provide efficient and friendly service. Ensure team members follow operational procedures and deliver consistent quality.
  • Customer Service : Greet and assist customers, handle inquiries, and resolve any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Shift Management : Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing assignments, and managing employee breaks.
  • Food Quality : Ensure the preparation and presentation of food items meet company standards for taste, freshness, and safety. Monitor food storage and handling to maintain quality.
  • Inventory Management : Assist in managing inventory levels, order supplies, and track inventory usage. Minimize waste and maintain cost control.
  • Cash Handling : Accurately handle cash, process transactions, and manage the cash register. Verify cash drawers and prepare daily deposit reports.
  • Team Development : Train new hires and conduct ongoing performance evaluations. Provide feedback, coaching, and corrective actions as necessary to improve team performance.
  • Compliance : Enforce food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards. Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, including COVID-19 protocols.

Qualifications :

A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required. Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation / Service Management or similar fields.

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a fast-food or restaurant setting
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in handling customer service issues
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team of fast-food employees, including kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving team goals, such as efficient service and customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with relevant software and technology used in fast-food operations (e.g., point-of-sale systems)
  • Understanding of the fast-food restaurant's policies, procedures, and safety protocols
