Job Summary
We are hiring skilled Field Support Technicians to provide on-site technical support for biometric devices and IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to biometric devices (e.g., fingerprint scanners, cameras).
- Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure the continuous operation of biometric systems through on-site support.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and inventory.
- Provide timely responses to support requests to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications in hardware maintenance or relevant technical areas are a plus.
