We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the Indian wedding market, one of the most vibrant and culturally significant segments in the region.
Responsibilities :
- To Focus on India for Business Development
- To support the overall wedding team with its day-to-day operation
- Develop and implement strategies to target the Indian wedding market, positioning Sofitel Bahrain as the preferred destination for couples planning their dream weddings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, wedding coordinators, and other key stakeholders in the industry.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the Indian wedding market, staying ahead of the competition and maximizing revenue potential.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns specifically tailored to the Indian wedding market.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded throughout the entire wedding planning process.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase Sofitel Bahrain's offerings to potential clients.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team, demonstrating the success of initiatives and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry with a focus on the Indian wedding market.In-depth knowledge of Indian wedding traditions, customs, and preferences, including venue requirements, cuisine, décor, and entertainment.Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and applicationsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.Additional Information
