Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Website Administrator to manage and maintain our website, kakzon.com , built on the Magento platform. This is a remote position that requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in e-commerce and website management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the website operates smoothly, implementing updates, optimizing the user experience, and communicating effectively with users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Magento website, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
  • Implement updates and enhancements to improve site functionality and user experience.
  • Communicate with users to address inquiries, provide support, and gather feedback.
  • Perform data entry tasks to keep the website content current and accurate.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the website.
  • Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to inform improvements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Ensure website security and compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing websites on the Magento platform.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and web development.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; knowledge of PHP is a plus.
  • Experience with website optimization tools and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with users effectively.
  • Must have a reliable computer and internet connection.
