Team Leader

On behalf of our client we are looking for a Team Leader to join their team in Bahrain.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restaurant staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
  
• Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members ensuring efficiency and quality in service delivery.
  
• Train and mentor new and existing team members on restaurant procedures customer service standards and operational tasks.
  
• Monitor inventory levels place orders as needed and ensure proper stock management.
  
• Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  
• Enforce food safety and hygiene standards ensuring compliance with regulations at all times.
  
• Assist in scheduling staff managing labor costs and optimizing staffing levels based on business needs.
  
• Collaborate with management to implement initiatives for improving service quality efficiency and profitability.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality role with demonstrated leadership skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with team members customers and management.
  
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a restaurant setting.
  
• Ability to make quick decisions problemsolve effectively and handle stressful situations calmly.
  
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
  
• Certification in food safety or relevant training is a plus.
