People & Culture Trainee

Sofitel Bahrain is inviting enthusiastic motivated individuals to join our People & Culture Team as a Trainee. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic 5-star environment where French elegance meets Bahraini warmth.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Assist with onboarding orientation and staff engagement programs

• Support recruitment efforts including screening CVs and scheduling interviews

• Help maintain HR records systems and internal communications

• Contribute to employee wellness and recognition initiatives

• Assist in organizing events trainings and team-building activities

• Be a daily support for team members our Heartists across departments

Qualifications :

• Final year student or recent graduate in Human Resources Hospitality or Business Administration

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (Arabic or French is a plus!)

• A proactive positive attitude and high level of confidentiality

• Eagerness to learn adapt and support a diverse team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
