Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Supervisor to oversee site operations, coordinate with workers, and ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training staff, resolving on-site issues, monitoring daily tasks, and reporting to the head office. Additionally, the Supervisor will be required to procure necessary materials for the site.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate with workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Train and guide staff to improve performance and adherence to company standards.
Monitor daily work progress and provide regular reports to the head office.
Identify and resolve on-site issues to maintain productivity and safety.
Purchase and manage materials required for site operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.

Prior experience in staff supervision is mandatory.

For overseas candidates : Must have GCC experience.

Must be under 40 years of age.

Valid driving license required.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Relocation :

We will relocate the ideal candidate from India to Bahrain if the candidate is in India.
