Job Description & Role :

• The waitress is responsible for the overall experience of the guests.
• Take drink and food orders, communicate specials, recommend items, and manage the overall care of our guests.
• Responsible for timing food courses, and making sure the overall flow of the meal is proper.
• Comfortable with the guests, presentable and friendly, while maintaining a professional attitude.
• Able to recommend specialty cocktails and wines, and must be able to multi task while staying cool under all situations .
