Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Waiter to join their team in Bahrain .
Job Summary
The waiter / waitress position involves providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus to customers and answer questions about menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Process payments and operate the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to customers
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
