Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our hotel maintenance team at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, a prestigious high-rise 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing services, preferably within luxury hospitality settings & construction experience of high-rise building. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective and efficient operation of all plumbing systems within the hotel, guaranteeing a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures, including water heaters, water distribution, and waste disposal systems.

Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and address potential issues.

Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls, minimizing disruption to hotel operations and guest services.

Collaborate with other maintenance team members and hotel staff to accomplish repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.

Adhere to local, state, and federal plumbing codes, standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.

Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues using appropriate tools and technology.

Provide professional and courteous service, effectively communicating with hotel guests and staff about plumbing concerns.

Participate in continued education and professional development to stay current with industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; plumbing certification or relevant trade school education preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a professional plumber, with experience in high-rise buildings being advantageous.

Well experienced on copper piping soldering / brazing, PPR piping, cast iron piping works

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and maintenance practices.

Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of professionalism.

Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse hotel guests and staff.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
