Description

Your responsibilities include :

Lead the sales / customer service team in the store

Resolve any customer complaint if arise to the satisfaction of the customer without any financial implication to the store

Follow up on sales goals and budgets to optimize profit.

Train and develop your team.

Ensure best practice of store activities and back office procedures.

Proven skills and aptitude in managing home stores

An analytic and reflective mindset to constantly improve store profitability.

A positive and coaching attitude, and a willingness to learn and improve.

Knowledge of both English and Arabic is a must .

Must have the relevant academic qualifications.

Must have experience in a related home store.
