Production Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, organize, and control daily juice production activities to meet output, quality, and cost targets.

Ensure adherence to hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety standards (HACCP, GMP, etc.).

Supervise production staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed for efficiency and timely delivery.

Maintain quality control throughout the production cycle, ensuring consistent product standards.

Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams for seamless operations.

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in production efficiency and waste reduction.

Ensure optimal utilization of resources, equipment, and raw materials to control production costs.

Prepare and analyze production reports and KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed.

Oversee preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

8–10 years of proven experience in juice or beverage manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of production planning, food safety, and hygiene standards.

Hands-on experience with automation, filling lines, and pasteurization processes is preferred.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP production modules
