The related role includes :
- Entering customer bulk shipments and updating rates based on rate approval.
- Follow up and enquire for supplier invoices for customer bulk.
- Follow up for invoicing and closing.
- Data entry for Customer invoices.
Entry of all jobs into EzyFreight system.
Qualifications and mandatory requirements :
BSc / BA (any of the following) business administration, supply chain, logistics or relevant field.Familiarity with Bahrain market, is added advantage.Familiarity with Customs regulations and Bahrain International Port and airport rules and regulations are added advantage.Understanding of local and international shipping law and documentation.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)Ability to work under pressure and with little supervision and track multiple processesComputer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software'sOutstanding administrative, organizational and coordination abilitiesWe can offer :
