Quality Control Specialist

Overview :

The Quality Control Specialist – QC manages quality program planning, quality program evaluation, identifying and resolved quality issues, and providing technical advisory services.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Evaluates systems
• Analyzes data
• Establishes Quality Control procedures
• Use Distribution Standard System (DSS), Query Management Facility (QMF), and other Warehouse Management Systems.
• Validates processes
• Ensures work is performed IAW DLA Distribution Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Adheres to all Audits Readiness Internal Controls

Work Environment :

The work is performed in an indoor and outdoor warehouses and office setting.

The Quality Control Specialist shall have the ability to deploy globally in support of emerging requirements, within 48 hours of notification.
