Job Description
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to recipes and established standards.
- Engage with guests to provide recommendations, answer questions about drink offerings, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all tools, glassware, and ingredients are readily available.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of bar supplies, ordering as necessary to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely beverage service alongside food orders.
- Create and innovate new cocktail recipes that align with the Greek theme of the restaurant.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
