We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join our team as an Assistant Maintenance Officer on a temporary basis . This role will support the maintenance department by preparing reports, pricing documents, and technical drawings, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate record-keeping.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare pricing proposals.
• Prepare illustrated pricing reports with comments.
• Prepare evacuation reports.
• Prepare detailed building reports.
• Create drawings using AutoCAD.
