Deputy Manager- Low Code / Traditional Development Technical Lead

Role

  • Lead and mentor an engineering team; set code quality, testing, and CI / CD standards.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI solutions (GenAI / LLMs / RAG) from POC to secure, monitored production.
  • Translate business needs into architecture and make pragmatic tech stack choices (cloud-native on AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Ensure reliability, security, and governance (observability, guardrails, data privacy, cost / performance targets).
  • Partner with clients and stakeholders to shape roadmaps, manage timelines, and communicate trade-offs clearly.
  • Stay hands-on (design reviews, troubleshooting, key modules) while driving innovation through measured pilots of new AI tools / models.
  • The Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI / ML solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, RAG frameworks, and agentic systems.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery from POC / MVP to hardened, monitored production, including release planning, risk management, and documentation.
  • Establish and enforce software engineering best practices (code reviews, testing, CI / CD, IaC), driving consistent code quality and secure-by-default development.
  • Design and maintain cloud-native architectures and integrations with enterprise systems across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
  • Lead deep technical investigations to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across data, retrieval, model, and serving layers; drive continuous improvements in reliability and latency.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies through measured pilots keeping solutions current and competitive.
  • The Individual

  • 6–8 years hands-on in enterprise software engineering across backend / front-end / cloud, including 2+ years building AI solutions and 3+ years leading teams and client engagements.
  • Proven experience designing and shipping AI systems to production (metrics, reliability, and cost ownership).
  • Practical experience with relational and non-relational data stores and the judgment to select the right one per use case.
  • Solid DevOps foundations (CI / CD, IaC, observability) and cloud architecture on at least one major provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong grasp of security, privacy, and governance in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, documentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data / AI , or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Demonstrated ability to architect, scale, and maintain complex enterprise applications and integrations.
  • Relevant cloud / AI certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP, MLOps / LLM) or evidence of continuous learning are advantageous.
