The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing the long-term marketing & communication vision for AUBH, which promotes its strategies and objectives. Responsibilities include planning, development and implementation of all marketing strategies and marketing communications, both external and internal. Directs the efforts of the marketing department to serve the university’s needs through coordination at a strategic & operational level with all functions at AUBH.
Duties and Responsibilities include :
- Reflect, articulate, and promote the mission, vision, and brand of AUBH.
- Responsible for creating, implementing, and measuring the success of the marketing and communications activities to enhance enrollment and image of AUBH.
- Responsible for editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of all publications of AUBH.
- Leads special projects as assigned, such as special events, re-branding / logo development, campaigns & communication plans.
- Develop short and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing department and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence, and evaluate performance.
- Manage the department’s staff administratively along with department responsibilities such as website, social media, video production, graphic design & media relations.
- Formulate and administer policies to enhance department activities.
- Participate in university committees, working groups, and activities as required.
- Work flexible hours as per the requirements of the activities of AUBH.
- Perform other duties as reasonably required by management.
