Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or related discipline) Minimum 5 years of experience managing large‑scale solar PV projects (50 MW+) Strong technical understanding of PV system design, LV / MV electrical infrastructure, and civil interfaces Familiarity with design and simulation tools such as AutoCAD and PVSyst Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills Strong communication and coordination abilities across multidisciplinary teams Professional certifications such as PMP or Solar PV Installer are advantageous Willingness to move to project sites as required Project planning, scheduling, and execution control Strong understanding of solar PV systems and grid interconnections Technical design review and documentation management Leadership and team coordination across EPC functions Risk management, budgeting, and cost control Stakeholder communication and reporting Quality, safety, and compliance oversight

About the Role
We’re looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the delivery of utility-scale solar power projects (50 MW+). The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, hands‑on project experience, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams to ensure quality, safety, and performance across all project stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of solar PV projects from planning and engineering to construction, commissioning, and handover
- Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, and construction teams
- Review and approve design packages, single‑line diagrams (SLDs), and vendor submittals
- Oversee site execution, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, HSE standards, and quality requirements
- Plan project timelines, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions when needed
- Interface with clients, consultants, contractors, utilities, and regulatory authorities for approvals and coordination
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and performance reviews
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure alignment with contractual obligations
- Support procurement and vendor selection through technical evaluations and cost analysis
- Drive efficient project delivery within budget and schedule constraints
