Salary Range : $100,000 - $110,000 plus uplifts

- VCP, or equivalent, preferred
Years of Experience : 3-5 years in relevant field
Responsibilities
This position reports directly to the Program Manager or a designee. The Senior CDN / CHE Analyst provides advanced technical expertise in support of the Combat Data Network (CDN), Common Hosting Environment (CHE), and associated Marine Corps C4I systems. This position requires the ability to lead troubleshooting, integration, and optimization efforts for mission-critical systems supporting Fleet Marine Force (FMF) operations. Provides the operational expertise necessary to support our personnel, execute technical contract tasks and provide professional interaction with our Government Customer OCONUS.Will work cross-functionally with several departments and those who are performing work at the Government Customers’ sites. Position will be required to travel at the Government Customer’s request. Travel is expected up to 25%.Deliver set-up, configuration, advanced operation, troubleshooting, and lifecycle maintenance for CDN, CHE, and Combat Operations Center (COC) variants.Provide senior-level interoperability and integration support across multiple fielded C4I systems and tactical networks, including over-the-shoulder training and operational mentoring for Marines in garrison and deployed environments.Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for virtualization and cloud-hosted environments, leveraging VMware vSphere, vSAN, ESXi, and advanced automation tools.Administer, secure, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, with strong expertise in Cisco routing and switching (LAN / WAN, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, DMVPN), Unified Communications (CUCM, CME, CUC, CIMP), and Fortinet Firewalls.Lead system administration of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, WDS, SQL Server, SharePoint, and secure Windows domain operations.Support and optimize NetApp storage solutions, Radio over IP systems, and tactical communications applications.Monitor and manage performance within a Network Operations Center (NOC) construct, including incident response, escalation, and operational reporting.Contribute to modernization efforts by advising on emerging technologies, cyber resilience, and tactical cloud adoption within the Marine Corps digital environment.Support exercises and contingency operations worldwide; travel expected up to 25%.Note – this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this position.
