Job description

We are looking for a creative and proficient Chef specialized in Street Food, Sandwiches, and Pizzas.

Responsibilities

  • Menu Mastermind : Plan, develop, and implement delicious street food, sandwich, and pizza menus.
  • Keep things fresh with innovative new creations while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Kitchen Captain : Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring staff efficiency and adherence to safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Leadership Chef : Motivate and coach your culinary team, fostering a positive and productive kitchen environment.
  • Equipment Expert : Identify and procure equipment needs to maintain a smooth-running kitchen.
  • Plating Perfectionist : Add the final touches to dishes, ensuring every plate is a masterpiece.
  • Culinary Connoisseur : Stay on top of current food trends and best practices, keeping the menu innovative and exciting.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chef
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a kitchen team
  • Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Passion for creating delicious and visually appealing food
  • BS degree in Culinary Science or related certificate
