Role Description

This full‑time hybrid role as a Sales Staff member is located in Capital Governorate, Bahrain, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Sales Staff will focus on engaging with customers both online and in‑person, promoting products, managing sales transactions, and maintaining up‑to‑date product knowledge. Additional responsibilities include contributing to online sales strategies, ensuring excellent customer service, and assisting with inventory management to drive overall business growth.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service skills, including building client relationships, managing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Verbal Communication and Interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customers in‑person and online
• Digital Proficiency in managing online product platforms, basic e‑commerce operations, and social media interaction
• Organizational and Time Management skills for inventory monitoring, sales documentation, and meeting deadlines
• Experience in retail sales, fragrances, or related sectors is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or certifications is beneficial
