Responsibilities

• MS CRM :
• Administration
• Configuration changes as needed
• Custom developed components management and code review
• Development including but not limited to screens, reports, plugins, etc.
• Systems upgrades and patching
• Manage system integrated / developed on MS CRM :
• SMS system
• 3rd party CRM Mobile App Server
• Custom developed application on CRM
• Client statements online system
• Client Statement Batch processing integrated with the core banking running on Oracle DB
• Databases and reporting
• SQL DB
• Act as SQL DBA
• Manage MS SQL and Oracle DB integrated
• Reporting Services (MIS Reporting)
• Report development and modification
• Systems upgrades and patching
• Development and project execution
• Development in general
• Project management related to his area
• End user support
