Job description2–4 years of experience as a Carpentry Supervisor. Bahrain Driving License. Hands‑on experience in carpentry works. People management skills. Basic computer skills. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. High School or Diploma degree completion.
Role Overview
We, at E.K. Kanoo, are looking for a Carpentry Supervisor for our Facilities & Projects division.
Responsibilities
- Supervise & delegate carpentry assignments to the team.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Identify any maintenance work required.
- Prepare prevention maintenance schedule.
- Assign workforce to different locations based on workload & criticality.
- Supervise the shifting of jobs at various facilities.
- Monitor & maintain the quality of work assigned to the team.
- Provide all the necessary progress reports on a regular & required basis.
- Follow & implement relevant requirements of Environment / Health / Safety / Quality manual(s).
