General Manager - Real Estate

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Sales & Marketing division, contributing to the growth and success of our organization. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, along with strong leadership and strategic skills. Fluency in Urdu and a minimum of 10-12 years of experience within the UAE real estate sector are prerequisites for this role.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement.
Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive business development opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and design, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Maintain a deep understanding of the UAE real estate regulatory environment and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

10-12 years of progressive experience in the UAE real estate market.

Proven track record of successfully leading sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including proficiency in Urdu.

Ability to foster a collaborative and performance-driven work culture.

In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate industry, market dynamics, and legal regulations.
